Empower Your Wellness Journey with Rituals, Wisdom, and Restorative Care

Can I receive a massage during pregnancy?

Yes, after the first trimester.

What should I do after a facelift massage?

After an intense facelift massage, your skin will need to rest for the next 3 days. No face massage is needed during this time. Your skin is like a sponge after the massage, so put on your best face mask at night for your skin to soak up all the goodness! You will notice an improvement in skin tone, texture and firmness over the next few days after the massage.

What should I do between facelift massage sessions?

Facelift Massages tone and lift our facial muscles. Muscles will weaken over time without any ‘workout’. Regular self-massage keeps these muscles toned, lifted, and prevents sagging. For once a week professional face massage, no massage is needed. For professional face massage twice a week or once a month, self-face massage is recommended to maintain the results.

What to prepare before a facelift massage?

Exfoliate your skin a day or two before massage. This will enhance the massage and product absorption.

How many facelift massage sessions will I see the results?

After the first session, you will notice an improvement in skin texture, tone, circulation and a radiant complexion. The number of sessions required to reach your goal varies based on your skin condition. For example, for mature skin with noticeable lines, wrinkles and sagging will need at least 4 weekly sessions. For younger skin without visible lines, wrinkles and sagging, as a prevention once a month professional facelift massage combining with self-face massage at home is ideal.
