I truly believe the body, mind and spirit is a whole and that an imbalance in one area can cause dis-ease. I'm passionate about helping you to start your healing journey from the inside through nutrition and assisting you to bring your body, mind and spirit back into balance with Aromatherapy, Aroma-massage, Reiki and Bio Energetic synchronization technique.
For the past 3-4 years I have suffered from regular (2-3 /week) severe headaches . I have consulted with medical doctors to rule out anything serious which included a CT scan of the brain and even a test for sleep apnea at a sleep clinic. I have researched holistic solutions, looking at diet and supplements but nothing has really changed the frequency of my headaches. There is obviously something going on at another level that I have been unable to reach or resolve. A number of people had suggested I that I look into treatments that focus on relaxation and energy balancing and eventually, I was introduced to Cecilia for her expertise in Reiki.
Cecilia is extremely knowledgeable in a number of other holistic healing practices as well including nutrition and reflexology . The Reiki session with Cecilia was extremely relaxing ( that alone was worth the time!) and for the first time in a long time I felt a unique sense of calm. I don’t think I had realized how much my body must have needed this kind of attention. After the session, Cecilia suggested an herbal lymphatic treatment that she felt might further help with blockages in the head and neck area. I am so grateful to Cecilia as I have only had one headache since our session over a month ago.
