There are reflex points in the hands, feet and ears that correspond to every part, gland and organs of the body. It is gentle and safe for any ages. Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) RLD focus on full body lymphatic drainage and the effect on immune system and anti-inflammatory benefits. This technique was developed by Sally Kay while working in supportive cancer care, specially for breast cancer related lymphoedema. RLD is based on the principles and theory of MLD by massaging reflexes of the feet.
