Reflexology is more than a massage, it stimulates the reflex points of the entire body system. Reflexology has been practiced since ancient time in many cultures. There are reflex points in the hands, feet and ears that correspond to every part, gland and organs of the body. It is gentle and safe for any ages. Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) RLD focus on full body lymphatic drainage and the effect on immune system and anti-inflammatory benefits. This technique was developed by Sally Kay while working in supportive cancer care, specially for breast cancer related lymphoedema. RLD is based on the principles and theory of MLD by massaging reflexes of the feet. RLD may help: - Fibromyalgia - Allergies - Rheumatoid arthritis - Premenstrual fluid retention - Lymphoedema - Many other inflammatory auto- immune disorders At the end of the session, you will feel very relaxed and your feet light as if you’re walking on clouds. $100 +HST for 60 mins $150 +HST for 90 mins ( Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage)
Cancellation Policy
Please reschedule your appointment if you have the following: - Cold and flu symptoms - Cold sore - Infections *Acne, broken skin, botox/filler injection within 4 weeks, facial treatments within 2 weeks* for facelift and buccal massage services. If unsure, please contact. Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies of Holistice Wellness. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice or no show are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. We reserve the right to charge in full for appointments where the guest has cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment start time.
